Injectable treatments are noninvasive procedures that tackle wrinkles, frown lines, pockmarks, and scars. At Zollman Plastic Surgery, we offer these treatments (including fat transfer, JUVÉDERM® Voluma, Volbella, and Vollure, KYBELLA®, and BOTOX® Cosmetic) to patients as an alternative to more invasive procedures. JUVÉDERM® Voluma, Volbella, and Vollure, KYBELLA®, BOTOX® Cosmetic, and fat transfer injections may also be used to enhance the effects of other, unrelated plastic surgery procedures, such as a facelift, facial rejuvenation, or chin implants. By offering numerous options, Dr. Wally Zollman can provide patients with the injectable treatment that is best suited for their needs.

BOTOX® Cosmetic treatment is recommended for women and men between the ages of 18 and 65 who wish to reduce moderate to severe lines in the brow / forehead area. Unlike injectable cosmetic fillers and fat transfers, BOTOX® Cosmetic injections do not “fill in” wrinkles and folds. Instead, BOTOX® Cosmetic causes a temporary block of nerve impulses to the muscles between the brows, reducing the muscle activity that can cause wrinkles and lines.
The BOTOX® Cosmetic treatment at our cosmetic surgery practice can usually be completed in about 10 minutes. During the procedure, Dr. Zollman will administer low doses of BOTOX® Cosmetic through a few small injections. You’ll notice a marked improvement in moderate to severe lines in the treated area within a few days of receiving BOTOX® Cosmetic injections. The benefits of the BOTOX® Cosmetic treatment may last up to four months, although results may vary between patients.
It is important to work with Dr. Zollman to create a BOTOX® Cosmetic treatment schedule to maintain the results of your BOTOX® Cosmetic injections. If you choose not to continue your BOTOX® Cosmetic regimen, the effects of the treatment will eventually fade, and the wrinkles between your brows will return to their original state. JUVÉDERM® Injectable Filler
If you are seeking wrinkle treatment, lip augmentation, or facial contouring, then JUVÉDERM® injections from our cosmetic surgeon Wally Zollman, M.D., may be the answer for you.
JUVÉDERM® is the only cosmetic dermal filler made from non-animal, stabilized hyaluronic acid (NASHA). Its unique composition combines the compatibility of hyaluronic acid, which occurs naturally in the body, with the hypoallergenic benefits of containing no animal products. Unlike other dermal fillers that are derived from animal products, JUVÉDERM® will not cause allergic reactions related to animal sensitivity.
Dr. Zollman will inject JUVÉDERM® into the area that needs to be treated. Because of its unique composition, the hyaluronic acid in JUVÉDERM® will absorb some of the body’s natural water, causing the tissue to swell and smooth out wrinkles. Over time, the components of JUVÉDERM® will be naturally reabsorbed by the body, and its effects will begin to fade.
Still, the results of JUVÉDERM® treatment at our office tend to last longer than other dermal fillers. The benefits of JUVÉDERM® can last from six months to a year.
Schedule an injectable treatment consultation with Dr. Zollman today. By discussing your desired results, Dr. Zollman will be able to help you decide if JUVÉDERM® is the right choice for your cosmetic surgery needs.
Fat Transfer (Microlipoinjection)
Microlipoinjection, or fat transfer, allows you to use fat from one part of your body to fill in wrinkles, lines, and scars, and to create facial contours. Similar to JUVÉDERM®, fat transfer injections have very little chance of causing an allergic reaction.
Injecting natural fat into problem areas of your face has residual effects. Although about 65 percent of the fat injected will be reabsorbed into the body after a few months, the remaining fat usually lasts for years. Because of this, each subsequent fat injection has enhanced results.
In order to obtain fat from your body, Dr. Zollman will first need to perform minor liposuction at a donor site on your body (usually your abdomen). Because of the added step involved in this procedure, fat transfer may take several hours to complete. We encourage you to discuss the details of fat transfer with Dr. Zollman to determine if this unique procedure is right for you.
